2013 Holiday Schedule

Please be advised of the updated 2013 holiday shipping schedule as we enter the Thanksgiving and Christmas seasons.

Dear Valued Customer,

In observance of these two holidays, our Durham, St. Louis, Louisville and Lombard sites will be closed on the following days:

  • Thursday, Nov 28th
  • Friday, Nov 29th
  • Tuesday, Dec 24th
  • Wednesday, Dec 25th
  • Wednesday, Jan 1st

As a result, we will not be shipping or taking orders on those days. However, our Support Hotline will be open for critical calls.

Please also remember that the holiday season places an increased burden on our national shipping carriers. In order to receive disposables and reagents by the dates identified, please note the order deadlines. To receive product by:

  • Thanksgiving day: orders must be placed by Tuesday November 26th
  • Christmas day: orders must be placed by Thursday December 19th (resuming Thursday, Dec 26th through Tuesday, Dec 31st)
