Due to the significant economic and social consequences presented by the COVID-19 pandemic, bioMérieux has decided to distribute 50% of its 2019 dividend as corporate philanthropy to support charitable initiatives around the world.

In the United States, 10 organizations across 5 cities collectively received over €3 million. 

We have targeted projects that address the following issues:

  • School drop-out and child welfare
  • Social isolation of elderly, disabled, sick or vulnerable people
  • Solidarity & mutual aid
  • Economic recovery & professional reinsertion
  • Domestic violence and sexual abuse
